I was on the chopping block at the ‘new’ job. And now I lost it.
Allante spotted then.

Well that blows. Sorry to hear that, man.

ah well, can’t win them all. If you handle failure correctly, it just gives you more incentive to become better at what you do.

Not cool. How long were you there?

2.5-3 weeks. that was too soon.

I could as well try something else, this was a fast paced job I did not get the hang of quick enough.

Sorry to hear that. Dealership gig?
If that’s what you like to do try some chain style Car Wash joints or Body Shops.

yup. Doesn’t help that a friend lost his job just down the road a couple workdays prior.

Thank you. I appreciate it.

Sorry, man. I lost my job in April of ‘14 and it still bugs me sometimes.
Try not to let it consume you. Things will look up. :)

That’s pretty crumby.

Dealership detailing is hard, because you have to work fast. And in order to work fast you have to cut corners without the customer noticing.
What kind of dealership was it at? Caddy I’m guessing?
I did LR/Jag/Volvo because the relatively low volume slows the pace down quite a bit. I’d recommend looking there in the future, if you liked the work.

Chevy/Buick/Cadillac/GMC. And yup, this one was the largest in terms of sales for the whole country .

We were the largest in LR sales in the Midwest. But that isn’t saying much.
